Subscription Refunds
Monthly Plans: You can cancel anytime. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Yearly Plans: You can cancel anytime. You'll keep access until the end of your current annual billing period.
Recent Payments: If you've recently been charged and the service isn't working as expected, contact us within 7 days for a refund.
When We Issue Refunds
- Technical issues preventing access for more than 24 hours
- Service not delivered as promised
- Billing errors on our part
When We Don't Issue Refunds
- Change of mind after reasonable use period
- Issues resolved within normal support timeframe
- Abuse of the service or violation of terms
How to Request a Refund

- Explain the issue clearly
- We'll review and respond within 3 business days
Important Notes
- We aim to resolve issues rather than issue refunds when possible
